iTunes Link Fixed! And A Note On “Film Sleepy”
Periodically I wreck the iTunes syndication feed with my reckeless use of ampersands. Ampersands are a typographical symbol which means “and” but I can’t show you one because it will knock us off iTunes again. It looks like the treble clef in music notation. Yeah, that symbol. I thought I’d taken care of it by removing one from “R+D” but then in my commentary I used it in “M+Ms” and just found it today. But for fans, the iTunes feed should be running now. Man, it was hard to avoid using an ampersand in that last paragraph.
My performance-artist friend Sondra Lowell has devoted the last five years of her life to developing a new genre which she calls FILM SLEEPY. Unlike a lot of other genres, the intention is for you to doze off while watching the movie. It brings to mind the tip on how to train a cat: step one, watch what the cat is already doing; step two, tell the cat to do it. Click on this link to see documentation of the successful test of film sleepy, and also to enter Sondra’s wonderful world with its tap-dancing newscasts and tips for independent filmmakers.
