It Beats Contract Negotiations

Mental Floss has run another of its famous quizzes, which they’ve entitled CHARACTER ASSASINATION.  In this, you match the cause of death to the TV character it happened to. There’s twelve slots. The first three characters: Sgt. Phil Esterhaus - Hill Street Blues, Susan Biddle Ross - Seinfeld, and Maude Flanders, The Simpsons. First three deaths: Plane crash over South America, Licked toxic wedding envelopes, Murdered by his/her father.

You can see how close you are to the people you watch on TV. Disturbingly I got 10 out of 12. You can use this test as a referendum for how much you need to get out of the house. Just avoid stepping out of a penthouse office window, as recently happened to a character on a certain British sitcom that I watch regularly. I was going to tell you more, but I realized that if it’s probable that you’ve seen it, then it would be popular in the states and I’d have no interest in it at all.
